In 2021, Growzing (Tongling) Electronics Co., Ltd. was under the care and guidance of the superior environmental protection department. 1. Improved the environmental protection management network and strengthened the construction of the responsibility system

At the beginning of the year, according to the requirements of the superior environmental protection department and the company, combined with the actual situation of the company, the 2021 environmental protection work goals and tasks were formulated. The company has established a special environmental management organization, hired full-time environmental protection leaders, enriched the part-time environmental management personnel, and further clarified the environmental care responsibilities of leaders, departments and employees at all levels.

2. Established and improved the management systems

The company has established an environmental management system, improved the environmental health management systems, carefully strengthened accident prevention and emergency measures from procurement, storage and transportation, production and sales, and completed the preparation of environmental accident emergency plans and reported them to superiors. In the process of establishing the system, the company established a series of environmental care related systems, such as "Environmental Management Procedures" and "Waste Management System". At the same time, the company sent the environmental protection tips and environmental protection publicity manuals to all employees to strengthen their awareness of environmental care.

5.Strengthened supervision and carefully organized all kinds of special actions

i. The company has set up two wastewater discharge outlets for production wastewater and life sewage, and the discharge ports have been standardized according to the requirements. The wastewater flow meter and COD automatic monitor have been installed according to the requirements of Taicang Environmental Protection Bureau. We set up an online TOC detector and a flow meter at the sewage treatment station outlay. As been put in service early, in this year's inspection, the environmental supervision department pointed out that the data collection system needs to be upgraded synchronously with the Taicang Environmental Protection Bureau. The isolation valves were installed one by one at the two rain drain outlets, and the rain drain pipe network was isolated from the outside of the company under the emergency state to prevent pollution liability accidents. At the same time, the rainwater sewage diversion equipment of each production unit is transformed. The discharge of production sewage and clean sewage is strictly controlled, and the source management is completed. In June, an emergency drill was organized for suddenly environmental pollution incidents. There were a total of 60 participants in the exercise which lasted about 30 minutes. 6. The disposal of the "three wastes"

The transfer joint order system was strictly implemented. The collection and storage of the company's hazardous waste is implemented in accordance with the requirements of the national "Hazardous Waste Storage Pollution Mastery Standards" to prevent and control pollution caused by loss. The wastewater was discharged up to standard, and no violations occurred in 2021.

The company's emission reduction work has achieved positive results and the discharge of wastewater per ton of products decreased by 5% year-on-year, and COD emissions decreased by 7% year-on-year.
